If they meet our needs, we will be able to offer sales directly from this site, as well as potentially through distributors to game stores. More soon.
Printer apparently bankrupt, now working on online version of game
Submitted by dalton on Sun, 04/05/2009 - 13:37.Apparently our printer has gone out of business while still owing us the bulk of the fee paid for printing Wind and Water. We are now working on developing the online version using a custom Java client, as GCCG didn't work out. (We were unable to configure the "common" piles required by the game.)
Meanwhile, development of the Gothic Gaslight version has begun. The initial set of cards have been defined and are in playtesting. We will show a preview here when more artwork is ready.

Printing delayed
Submitted by dalton on Sun, 12/23/2007 - 00:36.There has been an unfortunate delay in the printing process for Wind and Water. After months of working with a US based printer, to try to arrange for production, we have come to the unhappy conclusion that this printer cannot meet our needs in a timely manner. We are currently investing printing alternatives. Meanwhile, we are continuing to work on completing the online version of Wind and Water.
A full palette of colors from Sculpey Flex
Submitted by dalton on Sun, 08/12/2007 - 01:34.In order to be able to bend the limbs of your action figures, you'll want to use a product that maintains flexibility after curing. We're using polymer clay, which is easy to work with and easy to cure in a household oven, and a polymer clay product that meets these requirements is Sculpey Flex. At the time of this writing, there does not seem to be another polymer clay product on the market that is intended to maintain flexibility after baking.

Anime Action Figure Blog - What these articles will include
Submitted by dalton on Fri, 06/15/2007 - 23:24.In tabletop roleplaying games, which Wind and Water resembles, it is common for players to create "portraits" of their characters by hand-painting 25mm miniatures, drawing character sketches, etc. These come in handy when trying to sort out who is where (and whether you can hit that goblin before the troll steps on you, or whatever.) On the other hand, anime models, both pre-assembled and in kits are a thriving business among teens and adults.
